I work with founders and executive teams on product strategy, platform architecture, and go-to-market design. Most of my clients are building in IoT, AI, PropTech, or energy — spaces where I have genuine, hard-won pattern recognition from two decades of building.
I'm not a generalist consultant. I come in because a team needs someone who has actually built this kind of thing before and can help them avoid the mistakes I've already made — and learn from the ones that worked.
